Select any bold Font for working to get better result.

Step: 2

fill should be zero 0.

Inner Shadow:

Distance:5px , Size:0.

Outer Glow:

Blend Mode: Screen, Color: White , Spread:0% , Size:8px, Range:50% , Jitter: 0% .

Bevel And Emboss:

Style: Pillow Emboss , Size: 9px, Soften:0px .

Gradient Overlay:

Blend Mode: screen , Opacity: 23% .

Stroke:

Size:1px , Position:inside , Blend Mode: Normal. color:red .

Background:

Now working on Background

Gradient Overlay:

Color Ratio = Black + 30041B + Black .
